Lynn Edmonds was named President of L.W. Robbins Associates
in March 2001. Prior to joining the Robbins firm as Executive Vice
President in August 1999, Edmonds was Senior Vice President and
General Manager of Epsilonís Fund Raising and Membership Services
Division. The division provided a full range of direct marketing
services exclusively to not-for-profits throughout the United
States. Those services included database management, creative
services, media services, direct response consulting, strategic
planning, analytical and results reporting and extensive fulfillment
services.
Edmonds has been recognized repeatedly for her contributions to
the profession and to individual nonprofit organizations within it.
Most recently, the NonProfit Times named her one of
the 12 women leaders nationwide in the direct response fundraising
industry. In profiling Edmonds, the publication noted that, "She has
been an industry leader for many years, first at Epsilon and now
(at) L.W. Robbins (Associates). Her programs are consistent
overachievers."
Lynn has developed and implemented direct response fundraising
programs and database marketing programs for organizations such as
The Smithsonian, American Cancer Society, American Diabetes
Association, Catholic Relief Services, Covenant House, Special
Olympics, Shriners Hospitals for Children, National Multiple
Sclerosis Society, Environmental Defense Fund and National
Geographic.
Lynn attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook and
is a recognized leader in the fundraising community. She has
presented workshops for nonprofits and is a frequent speaker for
many direct marketing and development professional
organizations.
